I really like this labeler. Its rechargable, has lots of features and it is capable of using a large variety of label types.I got a good price for this label maker and I use it for everything from servers and network switches, my personal files at home and drop label. If you need a very versital and reliable unit this should work well for just about anyone. Im a pain in the ass because I was just too easy to replace the process of exchange of the Amazon with a note of the device, LCD screen, the brothers did not work, do RMAing. I suspect DOA on this unit is rare as some of our customers have this labeler at their locations and all of them work perfectly..
